1. Services

InnerActions provides PSYCH-K facilitation, mindset coaching, and related personal development services. These services are intended to support personal growth and do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. PSYCH-K facilitation is not a substitute for professional mental health care.

2. Booking and Payment

Sessions are confirmed upon receipt of payment or agreed deposit. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change; confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to make a change.

4. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for your own well-being and decisions throughout and after the facilitation process. By engaging with InnerActions services, you acknowledge that results vary by individual and that no specific outcome is guaranteed.

5. Confidentiality

All session content is held in strict confidence. InnerActions will not disclose session information to third parties without your explicit written consent, except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website - including text, images, and design - is the property of InnerActions or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

InnerActions and Bonnie Lewis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the services provided. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the session in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nevada County, California.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
